Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Black Sea

Listen to all, we chose for a long time, decided and in general, we searched, this is one of the best holidays in life, everything is wonderful, the view of the sea, the location, came out and in 1 minute - the sea, the territory. I would like to note a special thank you for what the pillows are lush, smelling, new, there is even a steam generator in the apart-hotel (instead of an iron, if anyone did not know, we really never got it, but the main thing is there😂), at check-in there was even a mosquito fumigator, although we brought our own, but it was very pleasant that the host of the apartment is so caring. Everything in these devices is impressive. At check-in, there was tea, sunflower oil, salt and sugar. A kettle without scale, new or water is so good, it is unknown, you can drink water like from the tap, we drank, cooked, everything is cool. We have a child of 1.4 months with us, we really liked everything from the issues that rent this apartment at all, smart.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

Great apartment, in a convenient area of the city. Inside was everything the owner of the apartment promised There are a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. The promenade is very close and a taxi to the old center is inexpensive Nikoloz was always in touch and helped with check-in, thank you so much!

Great place for family vacation

Fab host, kept in touch with me from when I booked to when I arrived Checkin was easy and no fussing around or waiting Easily located and within touching distance of Taksim square Absolutely 100% recommend If you want to do transport to the airport and from you can arrange this with no issues through the host so definitely worth asking before All in all a fab host and will be recommending this place if I know anyone is coming to the area in the future So glad the apartment had a lift as I always travel heavy and it was just what I needed 24 hour reception and even we came back at odd times no issues getting in and out Thank you so much for your hospitality and always being friendly (all staff) I hope to try and return soon

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

I swear to God, the owner of the cottage is good and tries to you and tries to give you the best experience. It is the best thing I have ever tried. Honestly, entering the cottage is difficult, but it is worth the experience.

Everything was very nice and a reliable area and very comfortable. In addition, everything was extremely clean and you can stay with peace of mind. Very nice choice for families😊

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

Lovely place. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. Little to no neighbors, so you are mostly free to listen to some music after 10PM or watch a movie on the marvelous outside projector screen, with beautiful bird songs accompanying you in the evening and morning. The outside projector screen with the terrace and hot-tub are a wonderful addition to this booking. So do bring your swimwear, some towels, maybe even bathrobes. The projector screen has an Android TV box to it, but feel free to bring your own if you have more streaming services connected (only Netflix is available on the local one, although you can log in and log out with your services if you want, that's what we did) Mattresses are a bit on the firm side, but still comfortable to sleep on. Spacious living. Kitchen has most of what you would need. The BBQ zone is also well equipped. The yard is also very neat and cozy. The house is very cozy due to the A-frame build feels a bit more special to live in. Would definitely come back.

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

This is an easy review. This rental is like staying in a nice hotel room, but with a kitchen. It's new (or new-looking), comfortable, and convenient. Very good price value. And the owner is professional and helpful. In short, I had a good time here.

First of all, they were very helpful and the cleanliness was great. After 1 day of stay, I left really satisfied. Thank you for everything.
