Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The setting is perfect with canal walks straight from the door. The cottage is light, spacious and beautifully decorated. The enclosed garden is very private and there was plenty of space for our dog to explore. Amy was a great host. She provided everything we needed and left us an amazing box of goodies. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We had the loveliest weekend at this cottage! Deborah was so lovely and hospitable, the place was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away with the hot tub! We had a great time and would 100% recommend! Came from Manchester on the train and was easy to travel to. Thanks so much for our stay!!

Had an incredible mini break here! The cottage is GORGEOUS, big and super clean! The hot tub was hot on our arrival and the garden is nice and private. The hot tub is super easy to drain and refill to keep it hot. It’s decorated lovely and the bed is MASSIVE! Wasn’t fighting my parter for space. Loads of places to park near by, lovely peaceful walk at the church up the road and along the water front. The pub literally 2 doors up has AMAZING food and a lovely garden. Only 10 minute drive from morecambe. Fran is a wonderful host and really helpful. Will definitely be back here, never felt more relaxed, didn’t want to come home!❤️

Hermitage cottage was in a beautiful situation right on the river Lune. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue and the outdoor seating. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed our stay. Walks around the estate were lovely. It is a lovely base to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding areas.

Derek and Kath are lovely hosts, right from arrival they were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very well presented and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The surrounding areas are great for long walks and the location has some nice walks too! Going with our dog, he loved the big open spaces to explore and enjoyed the little stream/river at the foot of the hill. Would definitely recommend for a nice quiet location where you can go enjoy the neighboring towns and walks and then return back to the cottage for a cosy night to relax.

Was a great little weekend away! A great location, the hot tub and pool was amazing, had sheep come over whilst swimming too which was a great highlight! There was actually more than listed for example towels were provided and an iron!

Our host was lovely and welcoming and the property was convenient to lots of locations in the area. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

A beautifully presented and appointed house in a very convenient position for accessing the Green by the sea and the town centre. Very comfortable and well equipped.

What an absolute gem Poolfoot Cottage is! My partner and I, along with our four-legged friend, recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning barn conversion, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cottage perfectly balances rustic charm with modern comfort. The historical character of the building has been beautifully preserved while offering all the contemporary amenities you could wish for. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax and unwind, with every piece of furniture chosen for maximum comfort. The outdoor space is a particular highlight - the private garden is a peaceful oasis where we spent countless hours. The gentle sound of the water feature created such a serene atmosphere, and the hot tub was absolutely divine, especially during the evening hours. What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The barn conversion has been done so thoughtfully, preserving the historical elements while creating a cozy, welcoming space.

Stable Cottage is a home from home, ideally located in Lytham. The cottage itself is deceptively spacious with a huge master bedroom and the comfiest bed! The cottage is clean and tidy and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need. Also, the yard to the rear is a sun trap, and as we were lucky enough to get some sun, we took full advantage. Nestled away, the area is peaceful and quiet, with lots of bars and restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. You're also real close to express super markets, butchers fishmongers and a great pie shop.....you really have got everything you need for a great little get away. Thank you for hosting us Cheryl....we had the best time and hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay being a party of 8 bridge players from our local club, having a 4 night break on The Fylde coast so that we could play at local clubs. Pets allowed was a bonus. The former guest house is adequately furnished for a large group with the kitchen, dining and lounge facilities being perfectly fine; it's not 'grand' but great value for the price. Drumford is excellently located by the tram stop and has lots of parking. There are many eateries and a supermarket nearby. The only thing that let it down was the plumbing. We were advised that because of low water pressure in the area that this could impact on showering and this was the case. We suggest that this aspect should be upgraded. But overall... a positive review from us and look forward to another stay in the future.

Really peaceful location with easy access to then Fylde coast. Clean, comfortable and fantastic value! Would return and can wholeheartedly recommend.
