The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Jennifer's place was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. She was so sweet and always made sure we were doing ok. I loved all the animals and the chance to see the new baby goats that were just born. We loved the beautiful scenery from her home.

What a great little getaway! Kathy was a great host, and made sure to be available if we needed anything. The cottage is adorable and practical. I visited with my teen-aged kid, who loved the loft. The main floor queen bed was very comfortable! The sun shining in through the windows in the morning was *magical* The location is great, so tucked away but not exactly in the middle of nowhere. Blacksburg is a quick drive away if you want to go to town, and there are so many outdoor adventures you can go on in the area. Huckleberry trail is super close, and Pandapas pond/ Jefferson National Forest isn't too far! It was great coming back to such a cute, comfy place at the end of the day. Very much recommended!

Beautiful and charming historic renovation in a perfect location, which is walkable to shops and restaurants. Place exceeded all expectations, it is exquisite, with efficient use of all space and excellent kitchen and grill for cooking. Also, extremely comfortable bed, sheets, and blackout curtains in the master. Janet was an amazing host, responsive and clear communicator, and very thoughtful to have even welcomed us with gorgeous wildflowers and special treats. We stayed for a graduation and wished this place was available 4 years ago, we would have stayed here every time, loved!

Gorgeous and very spacious gem in a great location! Karen was super thoughtful and helpful. This downstairs apartment was beautiful, modern, very clean, and very spacious - perfect for a couple or small family. The ping pong table and coffee bar were great details. Gorgeous private fenced in backyard with adirondack chairs - perfect for coffee and a book or sunset chat. We really enjoyed our stay - highly recommend!
