Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Chic Mountain Yurt near Floyd and Virginia Tech

Yurt dwelling is indescribably peaceful. Our property is 150 acres, off an end-state maintenance road, though just a 20 minute drive off interstate 81 or to the quaint town of Floyd, or the VT area. This 24' yurt is beautifully modern with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom/ shower, TV and (high speed) wi-fi, and comfortable sleeping and hangout spaces- surrounded by acres of streams, trails and natural beauty. Dogs welcome! Note: 1 queen loft bed, one pullout futon; sleeps 2-4, *cozily*!

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant. *Pets can be considered on a case by case basis…please message host for more details.*

Cozy Creekside Getaway

Our spacious country house, located directly on Sinking Creek, is the perfect getaway space for nature lovers or anybody who just wants to relax to the soothing water as it flows by. In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests are only one mile from the Appalachian Trail, and some the most beautiful hiking in the state, including Cascades Falls, are only a short drive away. Additionally, the New River, with its kayaking, canoeing, boating and tubing, is only 20 minutes away.

This space is the entire lower level of our home. You will have your own private entrance (though a storage area) living room with TV and bathroom. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs separating the two levels. There is a queen size latex mattress bed in the blue room and a full size bed with memory foam topper in smaller room. Optional folding mattress for the floor available upon request. You will have a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.
