Holiday rentals with breakfast in Blacksburg

This is a Beautiful and comfortable home in a lovely private setting in Floyd, VA. It was clean, well kept, a very convenient location, and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our service dog and will look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Great place to stay had a lot of communication that was very nice. The park at the front was really nice we didn’t have enough time but really wanted to go to the skate park. The house was very cozy we would stay again.

Very nice older home but very clean with lots of room. We wish it would have had at least local TV because we needed to check weather. Nobody could get Chromecast to work with their phone. All in all easy to find and close to Pipestem.

We really enjoyed our stay, weather was not so great but we had 1 great day on the lake. Beautiful hardwood floors and spacious bedrooms! Great covered slip for our boat and great views from Condo. I would highly recommend 5⭐️

The place was beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed as guests that could have forgotten during our packing. Amazing location for a weekend in nature! I do not generally leave reviews but the service and communication for this location was beyond outstanding. I had a tough arrival, many things had happened during my travel day that already had me off edge. When I Arrived at "the location",I was so overwhelmed I overlooked the signs and my frustration did not allow me to take the time to look and find the house. However, I called the phone number provided and despite my not so friendly approach at the moment, the host on the other end of the phone kept calm and guided me all the way till I got through the door. The host then took the time to call again a few hours later to ensure everything was ok and that I was feeling better. They went the extra mile to ensure our safety and to effectively and promptly communicate and thats more than expected.

Great little place!

Russell and Sharmin met us on arrival. Their place was just as described, very clean and neat. The coffee nook was perfect and plenty of K cups. The extras in the bathroom if you forgot anything was great! The A/C worked awesome and was easy to use. If you like Deer bring your camera! The country setting was peaceful after a long busy day. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and wait for the deer. Perfect location if you have to travel to Christiansburg or Radford. Highly recommended

The house had everything we needed for our stay and was well decorated. Host was communicative and helpful as well. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Birgit was wonderful throughout our entire stay! She welcomed us and recommended some really great restaurants nearby. Very peaceful neighborhood while still being within a short drive of downtown. Would absolutely stay again, thanks so much Birgit :)

Beth & Stephen were both super fast at responding when I needed them. They are very friendly/ kind. The unit is sooo beautiful, very spacious pictures do no justice. I’ll certainly be returning.

My son has thoroughly enjoyed his home away from home at Brenda’s place while attending college at Patrick & Henry’s Rwcing College of Virginia. He’ll be back next semester, too! Brenda and her family are wonderful hosts.

Stephen's apartment/loft was a nice, central spot in downtown Roanoke-perfect location for our long-weekend visit. Took grandson to Mill Mountain Zoo, Virginia Transportation Museum, and down to the Historic Market (disappointed in the Market as it is now compared to what it was years back tho). Lots of downtown restaurant options and Blue Ridge Parkway access is not far (via Mill Mountain). Campbell Avenue location was central to where I traveled to visit ancestral homes - easy navigation to/from as it's close to 581. While various business venues observed the nightly noise curfew, most vehicular traffic did not (during the weekend) so future guests might want to be prepared for extra external night noise. The loft/apartment was comfortable and clean, and Stephen's house rules/directions, etc. were clear and easy to follow - he was very responsive to any/all questions/inquiries and we would definitely consider enjoying this location on a future trip to Roanoke.

Our stay at The Secret Garden was very enjoyable. Mark was a great host. The apartment was a recently renovated upstairs of an old house in the West End neighborhood of Roanoke. Accommodations were very nice. The place was very clean, and all appliances were new. The light breakfast and snacks were a good touch.

Easy to locate, right off highway, next to McDonalds for a quick breakfast in the morning. Would stay again for my road trips.

Thank you Philip and Katie for a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, clear instructions and thoughtful additional touches- my daughter and I enjoyed a game of scrabble. Thank you for the water bottles as well- they came in handy. The neighborhood is walkable with tons of restaurants and easy to get to Vtech. Highly recommended.

Staying at the historic Trinkle Mansion was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and charm of this incredible property. The mansion is impeccably maintained and steeped in history, with elegant touches in every room—from the grand staircase to the antique furnishings that make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time (in the best way possible). The hosts was warm, welcoming, and clearly takes great pride in sharing this gem with others. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the delicious breakfast, was thoughtfully prepared and added to the overall experience. The grounds were peaceful and beautifully landscaped, offering the perfect setting to relax and take it all in. Whether you’re a history lover or just looking for a unique and luxurious getaway, the Trinkle Mansion is an absolute treasure. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Graham Ordinary! John and Kathy were so knowledgeable and gave such great recommendations of what to do and see during our stay. The mead tasting was very fun and informative! Highly recommend!

Kim and Rodger’s hospitality go above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. The location was perfect for star gazing out on the patio, or shopping in near by Floyd. We absolutely adored their dog piglet who we couldn’t love on enough! Communication is never a problem, Kim is happy to help with anything during your stay. We loved this slice of paradise and will be returning soon!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home in Buchanan for two nights during our road trip across Virginia. Donald and his wife are amazing hosts and just awesome people to be around. They made us feel right at home when we arrived, gave us a tour of their beautiful property, showed us all the areas in the house we could hand out at and shared local recommendations around the area. The room we stayed at was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the front porch and a big garden area. We were invited to join for breakfast both mornings where we were spoilt with delicious French toasts, eggs, sausages, pancakes, and coffee. Donald and his wife are great people and we had very engaging and interesting conversations together. Their place is beautiful and there is plenty to do around the area if you are visiting the Roanoke region. We would certainly be returning to their place in the near future.

My husband and I needed a quiet relaxing getaway and Old Oak Farm B&B was a perfect choice. The surrounding countryside was peaceful and picturesque. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and intentional in creating a great place for guests. It was also a fantastic price!

What a beautiful venue! We stayed there to attend Rooster Walk (RW), a local annual (and awesome!) music festival. It was the perfect location: right next to the main road that took us almost directly to the festival. The house is wonderfully maintained...with all the amenities you need in a wonderful turn of the (last) century home. The room (2-room suite, actually) was perfect for us, Cindy was very proactive in offering her help, the entry instructions were clear, and the departure instructions were easy to follow. Everything about this stay was "spot-on" for us. We will be back again next year for RW16...and will be booking again with Cindy.

Every room has a view of the river! Shared living room and dinning room spaces were comfortable. You will have access to both deck levels with plenty of tables, chairs, and rockers to sit and enjoy the river view. You will enjoy a delicious breakfast and plan on eating your other meals out. This Inn is very quiet and clean and perfect for nature lovers that want a beautiful place to unwind.
