The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley. The place offers the possibility of a relaxing and refreshing stay in a so called "energetic place" in contact with nature and the traditions of one of the most fascinating valleys of the South of the Alps.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

Recently renovated cottage (2020), located 1500 m/a.s.l. in the Orsera mountains, 5 min. drive from Campo Blenio. At the edge of the woods, close to many summer and winter hiking trails, ideal for walks, trekking, mountain biking... The accommodation is located in a building divided into two independent cottages and consists of: a kitchen with induction cooktops, a small living room, a bathroom with shower, a large attic room, a storage room/woodshed and private parking.

What I want to offer is the opportunity to relax in the midst of nature, feel at home and enjoy the beautiful days in complete tranquility. In a few minutes, you can reach the most famous summer and winter tourist destinations (Campra Nordic ski center and SPA, Campo Blenio and Nara ski resorts, Greina plateau, Adula glacier, Lucomagno pass).
