Holiday rentals with a patio in Blevio

The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to everything, within minutes of walking to restaurants, boats, shopping, etc. It was easy to find, quiet, very clean, beautifully renovated and as described. I highly recommend this property. The only problem was Wi-Fi connection. It wasn’t available for most of our stay. Cristina was responsive, and did try to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, it was fixed the day before we were scheduled to leave.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Für drei Personen ist der Platz ausreichend. Von der Wohnung aus hat man es nur ein paar Meter bis zum See und Pool. Trotz perfektem Wetter und Ferienzeit war es sehr ruhig in der gesamten Anlage. Das Auto kann man ganz entspannt direkt vor der Unterkunft parken.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

Wir (8 Mädels) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min an der Promenade und in der Altstadt. Parkhaus ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen :-).

Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich, zuverlässig und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt – vielen Dank liebe Rosa! Die Wohnung ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Zur Begrüssung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Geschenkkorb – eine wunderschöne Geste. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. The property is in a remote, peaceful location with beautiful surroundings, but do bring some basic supplies with you – there’s no shop within walking distance, and getting to one without a car isn’t easy. A few things to note: • The beach bar is about 5 minutes down a very steep hill – it opens at random times but is reasonably priced when it is open. • The nearby hotel’s 2* restaurant was overpriced for what it offered – we wouldn’t recommend it. • The higher-end restaurant (D) was expensive but worth it – food and service were great. • The property is extremely hilly – not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. • No basic amenities were provided apart from toilet roll, which was a bit frustrating given how tricky it is to get to a shop. Getting around: • The ferry port (Faggeto) is a 10-minute walk downhill and connects to most places on the lake, sometimes with a change. • We arrived by bus from Como, which drops you

We had a great time at Giedres place. She welcomed us with so much warmth that we felt at home immediately. A perfect place to explore Lake Como (especially by Vespa) and looking forward to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Roys Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden und sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Stadt Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß und per Bus erreichbar. Der Zug in der Nähe ist für uns kaum zu hören gewesen und hat uns daher auch nicht gestört. Roy hatte sogar einen eigenen kleinen Reiseführer mit einigen guten Tips und Sehenswürdigkeiten bereitgestellt, der uns sehr weitergeholfen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Our stay at Teo’s house was nothing short of wonderful! Communication was great and the home is absolutely gorgeous. There are views of the lake in every room, and the space fit our family of 5 (4 adults, one child) with more than enough room. It is worth nothing that without a car, getting around can be quite tricky due to the amount of steep stairs near the property. However, the bus stop to Como and Milan was conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk away. This beautiful home has everything you need, including responsive hosts. Our stay was quiet, peaceful & amazing. We'd LOVE to come back!

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

Alberto était très accueillant et gentil. La maison propre avec la vue magnifique sur le lac et son jardin très beau et parfaitement entretenu! Le calme absolu! Alberto nous a offert une bouteille de prosseco, une bouteille d’eau et quelques amuse-bouche. Merci beaucoup ça nous a fait très plaisir! Le parking privé est un grand plus vu que pour trouver un parking c’est pratiquement impossible. La literie super confortable! Le seul bémol: la salle de bain très petite.

Monica und Andrea haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar Ausstattung für unser Baby bereitgestellt - inklusive Badewanne für heiße Tage :) Die Aussicht ist der Hammer und wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Ce logement est très agréable avec sa magnifique vue sur le lac. La terrasse est un plus malgré quelques voitures qui passent au-dessus. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description.

The view from Emanuele's place was spectacular, and the apartment itself was wonderful and well appointed! The hills, Lake Como, and the view overall were beautiful. If it was clear, you could see the Swiss Alps in the distance - breathtaking, just like the exciting drive up the switchback road from Como to Brunate ;-p Emanuele's home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It looked as it appeared on the website. Emanuele was a wonderful host. He responded quickly to questions we had. We had a great time. One thing to consider: those with mobility needs may have trouble here, but only getting from the parking spot to the apartment (61 stairs!).

Sehr saubere, schöne und abgelegene Unterkunft. Von einem freundlichem Empfang bis zur Unterkunft war alles sehr angenehm und absolut empfehlenswert. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer uniquement à pied et en bateau Proche du port ( 2 min à pied) et des restaurants Terrasse avec vue magnifique et coucher de soleil sur le lac. Double vitrage qui filtre bien le bruit de la ville mais l’appartement reste en hyper centre. Garage fermé à disposition

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
