The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Our place is in the middle of nature, but tourist destinations are within easy reach by car. You'll love my place because of the location, the people, and the wonderful outdoor space, because you can breathe here. Arrival and departure are possible at any time by arrangement. E-cars can be charged at the wall box for a fee (€0.40/kW). Two of the four beds are in front of the entrance to the main apartment, NOT completely inside.

A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
