Holiday rentals with a patio in Bloomingdale

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

Ramon’s place was a fantastic stay for the price! It was so clean, updated, and comfortable. We stayed an extra night in FL due to our flights and Ramon’s was the perfect quick stop. He and his wife were incredibly kind as well. The peacocks were an interesting plus! So cool to see them surrounding the property! Would 100% stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Another good experience. Clean and quiet. Will stay again.

Cute place and a great location! Close to the aquarium, restaurants, etc and not too far from the beach either. We really enjoyed eating at Armature Works just down the street! Taylor was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly.

I would definitely stay here and recommend it to others. The private oasis in the back is wonderful, I wish I had time to enjoy it!

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

You’ve probably read many reviews. All are true, exceptional stay. Here’s what I think you might want to know. It’s a party scene on the weekend, Ybor comes alive, the balcony is perfect for watching all the action. You are below a Cigar bar but you don’t smell it in the room or from the balcony. The bar has music, it’s enjoyable and not too loud. You can not hear anything from inside the room. During the “party” hours there were Police in front of the building checking ID’s for the bar. Although we never felt unsafe, that was nice. The patrons use the same elevator but they are unable to stop on your floor without the code it takes to access the third floor. The only thing you might not like is the parking. It’s close enough for walking. We found it less hectic to park and wheel our stuff the half a block verses unloading at the curb. We used The Ybor Trolley system almost the whole time. No drinking and driving. If you want an exciting experience, this is what you are looking for.

The house was very cute & as described. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Was in town for a long weekend and this was place was perfect for a family. Ample space and two full bathrooms were great to have. It is a modular home I believe, but was very spacious and very family friendly. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home with a great view of the canal, and peaceful atmosphere. Very close to many amenities as well!

There was an issue with the pool when we arrived but Ami was very responsive and worked with us to resolve as quickly as he could. the place was very clean and nice. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. the beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I have stayed in several places in this area and this was by far the best. There was everything that we needed available for our use. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for family and friends.

Great host and place, the pin pad to get in wasn’t working and sully was quick and responsive to help me with getting inside! The place was very comfortable definitely thinking about booking again!

The location was perfect! The outdoor space was so relaxing and the decor inside and out was so cute! The covered patio area was a great spot to relax, drink coffee and listen to birds. It felt like we were in the country! The inside was just as nicely done and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and convenient to the bedrooms. The price was so reasonable we were shocked at how nice everything was. Highly recommend! Thanks for making this such a great experience while attending our granddaughter’s graduation.

This was without a doubt the best Air BNB I have ever stayed in! We enjoyed it very much. The home was gorgeous and matched the pictures perfectly! It was also incredibly clean and well put together. The neighborhood and surrounding areas were very nice. I would absolutely stay again!

Andrea was a blessing and so was her home! Every one loved it ! Beds were comfy! Snacks came in as needed! Definitely will be booking again when I’m in town again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.
