Located near Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, our house is a clean, 3 bedroom house with vaulted ceilings, sleeping loft and open living area. This is not a big house, but our house will comfortably sleep six and can accommodate up to nine individuals. The house is located minutes away from IU, the mall, and downtown. Bryan Park is only two and a half blocks away. Walk to shops and Soma Coffee House & Juice Bar. Come stay for work, an IU game or a visit with your IU student.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, Bryan Park, and The B-Line Trail, 1 mile to IU Campus, 1.8 miles to Assembly Hall, and 3.5 miles to IU Hospital. Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. It underwent a ground-up bespoke renovation with white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops and premium appliances, rivaling a premium suite at a boutique hotel with the added privacy, charm, and amenities of a home for a great price.

Come enjoy fabulous Bloomington, IN from your own private paradise! The dome sleeps 4 guests with an open, divided, (not fully private) loft with one full bed and one queen bed. There is one full bath, dining for six, island seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice downtown condo. It is right on the B-Line trail and is walking distance to downtown and campus. The unit is an upstairs corner condo. For longer stays, there is an occupancy limit of only two unrelated adults allowed by our HOA. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Vizio free channels, you can access them from the Home Screen. There is street parking between 2nd and 3rd street, in addition to the dedicated space and marked guest parking on Madison street.

Relax and getaway in our safe, centrally located, co-housing community. Next to the local YMCA and local walking paths. This authentic log cabin has been completely renovated with a studio-style open bedroom, kitchenette, living room, porch, and bathroom. There is no TV, but there is Wi-fi. You'll be staying in the upper level of the cabin. The upper level is a separate unit, also on Airbnb. The units share no interior access and are completely separate units.

This guest suite with private entrance is in a quiet, older neighborhood near the IU campus. The booking includes a recently remodeled basement bedroom with en suite bathroom. It's locked off from the rest of the home in which the host family lives. The bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower.
