In this place your family can live centrally between Skien and Porsgrunn city center, right by grocery stores and bus stops. Can rent city bikes right by the grocery store. Walking distance to shopping center and Fritidsparken, what you can swim, hike, play frisbee golf, paddle tennis, mini golf, tennis, climbing park +++ There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, but we can make more beds and on the sofa. The apartment is fully furnished, with dishes and everything you will need for cooking in the kitchen.

OBS: på søndage har vi check ind efter 18.00. Lejligheden har egen indgang, køkken/stue, stort baderum og soverum. I stuen findes der en sovesofa. Køkkenet har opvaskemaskine og er udstyret med grundlæggende køkkenredskaber. Der findes puder og dyner, mens sengetøj og håndklæder lejes mod ekstra gebyr. Egner sig for to single studenter eller en lille familie. Det er lidt lydt i huset så man skal være forberedt på det. Men vi er ganske så fredelige, især i hverdagene. Vi har en kat.

Leiligheten er nær offentlig transport, ligger midt i sentrum i Gamlebyen og har nærhet til Krona, skisenter og turområder. I tillegg nær kulturtilbud og ti min gåtur til Kongsberg Næringspark. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking places provided It has 65 inch TV with smart function , wifi is provided Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
