A single dwelling rental is rented for short-term rentals. Approx. 40 sqm. The residence is located on Heistad in Porsgrunn with good bus connections to Porsgrunn center and Herøya industrial area. It takes approx. 10 minutes drive to Porsgrunn city centre. Possibly possibility of parking in the courtyard. Combined living room/bedroom, but separated by large shelf and curtain that closes for light. Short distance to the coastal path, beach and sports facilities. Grocery store in walking distance from the apartment.

NOTE: on Sundays, we have check-in after 18:00. The apartment has its own entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for that. But we're pretty peaceful, especially on weekdays.
