Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

The apartment itself was lovely—just as pictured, clean, well-equipped, modern, and comfortable. The host was responsive and everything inside the unit met our expectations. While the apartment is great, the surrounding neighborhood felt very unsafe to us—especially at night. We didn’t experience anything directly threatening, but the general environment didn’t feel secure. If you’re planning to explore Paris and return late, especially as a woman, you may want to factor that into your decision. In short: beautiful apartment, but the neighborhood may not be the right fit for everyone.

Nice area outside busy Paris. Apartment had a lot of character and we loved how it felt staying there. Jean was very responsive throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris just make sure to plan your day accordingly to location.

Nabil is truly a wonderful host. If I ever return to Paris, I would definitely stay at his place again. He is friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. After experiencing an accommodation issue in Paris, I had to make a last-minute reservation. Despite that, Nabil got in touch with me very quickly and saved me from a difficult situation. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. We have visited several apartments with small children. What makes this apartment particularly good is that everything is available (from kitchen appliances to toys). It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro station. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment as well. Lauriane is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall it was a great stay. We recommend this apartment for families who want to visit Paris.

Djelloul was very welcoming and very precise in his instructions. In addition, the underground parking is really very reassuring. The building is also very secure.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

We spent 3 nights in Claudia's apartment and are very satisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we were personally and warmly welcomed by Claudia, which immediately made for a pleasant and familiar feeling. Parking was easily arranged: directly behind the park for a small amount per day. For the children, the park was a nice playground, where they could enjoy themselves. The apartment is bright, spacious and fully furnished with everything you need. Everything is available and Claudia allows you to use everything, which makes the stay extra comfortable. During our stay it was unexpectedly very hot, which also caused the apartment to heat up a lot, but this did not affect the comfort. The location is ideal in relation to public transport: within about 20 minutes you are right in the center of Paris. In short, a nice place to stay, with a personal touch and a child-friendly environment. Definitely recommended!
