Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

The studio apartment Nederkogel with a size of about 19 square meters overlooking the Ötztal Alps. The apartment has a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. All Comfort apartment, This apartment price does not include a premium card Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
