Het prachtige appartement is niet zo lang geleden verbouwd. Een keurige keuken, twee prachtige grote slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, fijne badkamer en apart toilet. Heerlijke tuin. Zeer vriendelijke host. We hebben er een heerlijke midweek gehad.

Super moderne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft! Die Lage und der Blick in die Natur sind einmalig. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für jede Art von Aktivität! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig zum See (ca. 5-10 min). Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nachbarschaft, Zugstation ebenfalls in 3-4 min erreichbar. Alexandra und Manfred waren über die Massen freundlich, so etwas erlebt man selten. Manfred hat bei unserer Abreise seinen privaten Carport zur Verfügung gestellt, dass wir nach Checkout das Fahrzeug noch den gesamten Tag kostenlos stehen lassen konnten. Alexandra und Manfred wohnen in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft und waren jederzeit bei Fragen und für Tipps stets sehr gut erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist die Strasse. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet, weshalb sie sich auch für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby eignet. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Super Unterkunft für 2 Personen. Einfach zu finden mit reservierten Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Einfacher Check in mit Schlüsselbox. Das Appartement war super sauber hergerichtet und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Sehr vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und einer Filter und einer Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Im Bad gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Überall ist alles vorhanden was man braucht vom Waschmittel, Geschirrspül Tabs bis zum Teelicht für einen stimmungsvollen Abend mit Aussicht auf den See, Mittagskogel oder Burg Finkenstein. Im Keller gibt es einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Sehr praktisch aber mit Hinweis nur über Stiege erreichbar. Für eBikes etwas anstrengend aber mit der ebike Schiebehilfe machbar. Badestrand Drobolach in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist der Adeg Markt gegenüber. War wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung.

We (3 adults, 3 kids) had a great 5 days at the Villa Muller. Some things to know: - our review is for the owner, Alexander Muller, and not Holidu, the service listed as the owner on AirbNb. Herr Muller is a great host, very responsive and friendly and extemely helpful. - there are two apartments in the building, each occupying one floor: Rotfuchs on the first floor, Turmfalke on the second floor. The owners live on the bottom floor. We were in Turmfalke, so two flights of stairs. - the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two bathrooms, each with shower, and a separate toilet (without a sink). - the lake is around 200 meters walk from the house, there's a cabin with with ice cream and drinks to purchase and fishing and boating gear. There is a rowboat, small sailboat, kayak and several paddleboards available to use. They also have bicycles, helmets and walking sticks and backpacks that can be used free of charge. The kids spent all their time at the lake!

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

We have been happy to stay in Elke's apartment. It is spacious, clean, with many nice decorations and all harmoniously set. There are all necessary things in the kitchen, bathroom, also extra towels, linen. One feels like at home. The apartment is situated in very quiet street, close to the city centre. Elke was always available and friendly. We only regret we could not try their restaurant, in the same building as the apartment, as it was closed during our stay. I would love it.

This was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in. And we travel often staying at many apartments and hotels. It had everything to make us feel like home. We’d recommend this apartment to anyone.

Die Unterkunft ist für Ausflüge in die Natur ideal gelegen, nächste größere Stadt ist mit dem Auto 30 Min. entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat Alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, hatten sehr gute Tipps für uns. Die Wohnung war super und die Lage zwischen See und Innenstadt perfekt für uns. Der fußläufige Bahnhof war sehr praktisch. Wir hatten selten so eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung wie diese, es war wirklich alles da. Können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Elinas Unterkunft. Wir haben sie selbst zwar nicht kennengelernt, aber ihr Papa hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation war super, die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und verfügt über alles, was man so für den Alltag benötigt. Wer nur im Dunkeln schlafen kann, sollte eine Augenmaske mitbringen, da es keine Rollläden gibt. Super war, dass wir die Räder verwenden konnten, mit denen man innerhalb weniger Minuten am Faaker See ist.

Michaels Unterkunft überzeugt mit einer tollen Ausstattung und zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern. Die Kommunikation mit Michael war zu jedem Zeitpunkt einfach und gut. Verbessern könnte man: - Sitzgelegenheiten an der frischen Luft anbieten - Rolläden oder größere Vorhänge Die Gegend ist toll und Michael hat da etwas schönes geschaffen. Wir empfehlen Dich mit wärmsten Empfehlungen weiter.

Amazing stay, great location in the Austrian country side, very amicable host, no problems during our stay. It was a nice place to prepare for and relax/recover after the Klagenfurt Ironman! Would certainly recommend staying here!

Alles übertroffen was wir erhofft hatten spontan zu finden. Liebe Katharina, du darfst uns zukünftige Stammgäste nennen. Das was du und dein Mann da geschaffen haben, ist einfach der Inbegriff von Bilderbuch. Man kommt an und will nicht mehr gehen. Es ist, als ob man die Tür betritt und einem jegliche Last von den Schultern fällt. Katharina achtete auf jedes kleinste Detail in und um die Unterkunft herum, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Wenn du denkst, du hättest etwas vergessen, war es bereits da. Geht auf jede Bitte liebevoll ein und hat eine fantastisch Familie, die das ganze Bild strahlen lässt. Bis nächstes Jahr!

A beautiful, modern apartment in a great location to enjoy the outdoor pursuits that Bovec offers. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 7. Would highly recommend!

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Met een geweldig mooie glazen sauna in de tuin, van waaruit je een prachtig uitzicht hebt op de bergtoppen aan de overzijde van het dal. Ook een houtgestookte hottub in de tuin was beschikbaar. Erg aangenaam tijdens een onbewolkte avond, met een immense sterrenhemel boven je. Helaas waren in de directe omgeving geen loipes meer beschikbaar om te langlaufen. Maar met een half uurtje rijden waren er goede langlauf mogelijkheden op de openbare piste in Villach, en in het Sloveense Planica. Voor mooie wandelingen hoefde je niet zo ver te gaan. Wij hebben erg genoten van de week in Bach im Gailtal.

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Jacuzzi und die Sauna waren 40€ vollkommen Wert, genau richtig nach einer langen Wanderung! Vielen Dank!!

Das Zirbennest ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Ruhe und die Aussicht, die man dort oben hat ist einfach einmalig. Die Kommunikation war immer einfach und die Gastgeber gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein. Der Hot-Pot war einfach nur genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Streichelt mal den süßen Wautzi von uns :)

Appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Clair, lumineux et pièce de vie et salle de bain spacieuses. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter et bled est rapidement accessible à vélo ou à pied. Tjas a été très à l’écoute, sa maman également. Il nous a proposé les bonnes adresses du coin et le prêt de vélos a été vraiment apprécié pour pouvoir aller se baigner rapidement et sans contrainte de parking. Bref, parfaite adresse!
