The apartment is also ideally located for the exhibition grounds (OLMA) and the university in St. Gallen. Our guests benefit from free SUP & kayak rental at the Lake Constance Canoe School.

The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located cozy accommodation with charming garden, which we can use and enliven together, birdsong, the proximity to the lovely Danube, the historic old town with half-timbered houses, ice cream parlors, nice pubs to sit outside, an original cinema, and so on. Die Anlage ist sehr einfach gehalten und externe WC/Dusche ist nicht Jedermanns Sache. Gottlieben ist eine wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen: Cafe, Restaurant, Badeplatz. Tolle Anbindung nach Konstanz: mit dem Schiff, Fahrrad und zu Fuß durch die Pappelallee am Seerhein entlang.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Our apartment Abt Ekkehard with 65 sqm was completely rebuilt and modernized at the beginning of 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor of the historic main house and has a spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the bedroom you have a beautiful lake view. The large garden with numerous seating options and wonderful views of the lake invites you to sit outdoors.
