The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

It is a stylish and peaceful apartment, which is 10 minutes walk from the beach and can be reached within 15 minutes by car to Yalikavak Marina, equipped with equipment that allows you to have a comfortable stay in it. Forget your worries in this spacious and calm place. Apartment has been renovated and future people will stay first. From June to Yalikavak Marina, every 30 minutes, the Municipality's minibuses leave from the site.
