I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

We have met many hosts in different countries, different cities for years. However, we did not meet a host such as Mr. Emre, Mr. Süleyman and Ms. Feyza. Thank you so much for being so caring, so kind, and so sharing. The house was really incredibly clean. There was nothing missing from the kitchen supplies. The house was in the perfect location. The view and the sea were great. There's not a single thing to criticize. We were incredibly welcomed, they were very interested in us and we had a perfect vacation thanks to their interest. Thank you again for giving us a new friend, a new family. We would definitely recommend this place with peace of mind for those who prefer it. Hope to see you again.

Our host Özlem Hn, responded quickly to all our questions before and after the reservation. Ayşegül Hn, who greeted us when we entered the house, was also very kind and hospitable. She gave us information about the use of the house very well, we felt like it was our own home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and was furnished with pleasure. All the materials in the kitchen were carefully selected and clean. The site also has 2 private beaches. Hebil beach was very close to the house, you can easily reach it on foot. The beach, İncilipınar and Bodrum will be the only places we will prefer again. We had a very pleasant time with the view on the balcony. With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Gunsel and her daughter were such thoughtful and attentive hosts. Everything about the stay was smooth and welcoming – from clear communication to the little touches that made the place feel warm and cared for. Everything was nice. The location of the house was tremendous.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Lovely little house in a large private residence. Beautiful view from the terrace. Away from the festive atmosphere of Bodrum. The natural pool is about a 7-minute walk away. The host was accessible and responds quickly to questions. I would recommend this place for sought-after calm

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

had a great stay, just a 5/10 min walk down hill to seafront ,we got taxi bk. set 200 liras around town. loal shop delivered essentials to us, water milk butter bread eggs. Just wats app them ( number on a fridge magnet) came with in 15mins. villa was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, though we sat outside most of the time and only in the kitchen. pool guy came twice,he was very polite and friendly. we are all looking forward to using villa leila again in the near future. would highly recommend the villa to a group of ladies like us .

Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

We stayed here for a month and really felt right at home. Mr. Harun and his family were very friendly and answered our questions quickly and offered a solution. The house is located with the most beautiful view of the site, but since it is on the hill, the drive to and from the pool to the sea has been tiring on some days.(It can also go up and down with stairs that want to walk, but since we had a baby, we had a lot of burdens.) Overall, it was a clean, peaceful house that met all its needs.

The house is very nice and the pool and garden are very pleasant. The house is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Gundogan. An active road passes in front of the house, sometimes the sounds of vehicles can be disturbing, in addition, the house is about 20-25 stairs, and I find it useful for future people to know this. In summary, the entire house and garden are very pleasant and comfortable. The proximity to the center and the sea is very nice. Same as in the photos.

Comfortable place for a relaxing stay in the area. Located in a very quiet place compared to noisy beach line, feels very safe and nicely rural. Ozge who oversaw my check-in/out was a pleasure to work with, and allowed for plenty of flexibility. Appreciate everything!

Communication with the host was very fast, the location of the house was very nice, the location of the house was that the kitchen utensils were missing, but when we communicated this to our host, they renovated a few things when we told our host, the kitchen utensils need to change, we did not have any problems in the house, we did not have any problems in the house in a very pleasant beautiful location, there is no water shortage in the house, everything is working in the house, it is impossible to find a place on its own beach near the sea and unfortunately the sea was not clean, but we did not want to go to the place without a car, the car is in a very large compound. You are very well rested and relaxed. If you want to keep quiet or have fun, the neighbors have a lot of sweet people are a full summer site. I definitely won't get bored if I stay for 3 months☺️

Esra is a wonderful host. Very polite in communication and always helps with problems, if any. For example, he helped us find a hospital where we can get vaccinated and then make an appointment there. The house is fully consistent with the description, live comfortably. The location is excellent, very nice and the sea is 100 meters from the house. The Internet in the house is also good, enough for remote work as a programmer. The only problem was that 2 times the electricity was completely cut off in the city for several hours during the day. But this was due to the construction work that was carried out precisely during our stay. Usually this doesn't happen here.

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

The site we stayed in was very nice and the house was clean, there was a beach within a 2 minute walk of the site. There was an accommodation experience that we enjoyed a lot in terms of home. We recommend that we are comfortable,if we are on our way again, there was a place we would want to stay again.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs
