It has its own garden entrance, there is a parking area for 1 vehicle. There is a private sitting area in the garden. The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat entrance. A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük. Our guests can enjoy discounted breakfast and other meals.
