A weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris!

1 hour south of Paris, in a small hamlet, this ancient stone house offers you comfort and an exceptional setting for an excellent weekend or more, for families or groups of friends. Fully equipped for young children. Stone house built in 1870 on 3 levels, it is located on a fenced plot of 2500 m2 with trees and landscape. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room of about 35m2 with a large fireplace, a desk with 1 single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 3 large bright bedrooms completely renovated with double bed, 1 separate toilet and a shower room. Finally, on the top floor, under the attic, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and a game room that can be converted into a bedroom if needed. For the reception of young children, the house is equipped with umbrella beds, changing mattress, baby bath and high chair. - WiFi access High-speed Internet throughout the house. - Cable TV with many channels (Freebox) - BlueRay & DVD Player - HIFI Airplay channel to broadcast your own musical atmosphere. - You have access to the fireplace to enjoy the beautiful winter evenings. (We will ask you for a small contribution for wood). Home is equipped with smoke detectors and an extinguisher. - In summer, you have access to all the garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days (deckchair, outdoor table, barbecue...) - Upon your arrival, each guest will have at their disposal a towel for the duration of your stay. - All sheets are provided. On arrival the beds will be clean and made. - In the kitchen, you have access to all the equipment (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter and Nespresso machine, oven...). For your convenience, we can arrange and make available breakfasts at an extra charge. (Fruit juice, brioche, jam, bread, honey, Nutella, Cruesli and Muesli...) Please let us know if you have any concerns or concerns. We will do our utmost to achieve them. We will welcome you and introduce you to the house on the day of your arrival so that you will have no difficulty during your stay. We will remain available for any questions. If you wish, we can offer walks, leisure, and tours in the region. The house not overlooked is in an old town of about 15 houses at the bottom of the Essonne Valley, next to the castle of Rouville. The road that leads to it is deadlocked, which ensures you a perfect tranquility. From the house you have a lot of walks or bikes to enjoy nature. The house is a 1-hour drive from Paris. Very easy access via the A6 (A6 motorway). It is also possible to get there by train from Paris Châtelet or Gare de Lyon via THE RER C Terminus MALESHERBES. However, you will need to arrange for the transfer between the Gare and the Maison (a 5-minute drive).
