Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bokeelia

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and felt really welcoming from the start. You can tell the host put thought into making sure guests have a great experience. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses, easy check-in, and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the little touches that made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, cozy place to stay!

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed for a fishing vacation with my 4 adult sons. We rented a 22" boat from a nearby marina and docked it at our AirBnB. The location can't be beat for fishing in the Fort Myers area, a short trip through the canal to the open sound protected by barrier islands. If you want to take the family for a fishing vacation this is the way to go!

Wonderful place—spotless and well-maintained. Our family of five felt at home and very comfortable in the luxurious accommodations at Cape Haven. We drove to the beaches in Fort Myers (about 50 minutes) and Naples (around an hour), both an easy trip. We loved the outdoor pool area! You can tell this is a newer build with thoughtful touches throughout.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Ft. Myers. Varun was a very responsive host & gave us super clear & easy directions for check in/ check out. The place was perfect for what we needed & had everything we needed! The 2 bathrooms worked out great for our group. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. Great location- about 15 from the airport & 30 from Ft. Myers beach! Would recommend & stay here again.

Charming 1 bedroom with a pool. Allows pets and my dog loved it! Very clean and private and perfect location to beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Updated bathroom is amazing; studio kitchen has everything you need. Wifi works great and smart tv was easy to use! They even brought in a monitor so I could work remote easily. Would definitely rent there again!

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island since Christmas 2021. We used to visit every Christmas and owned property that we lost to Hurricane Ian. We had a lovely stay at Palmer’s place. The location was great - a short few minutes walk to the beach, very bikeable and quiet. I was worried that the island would not be ready for guests again, but we had a lovely time seeing lights, getting ice cream, biking and shelling. There is still some construction, some owners and still rebuilding, and some businesses are still recovering. However, there is enough on the island to enjoy your stay - restaurants, bikes, beach access, and roads/bike paths in good shape! Palmer’s place was enjoyable - the Palm View studio had everything we needed, and amenities including bikes and laundry. The bathroom was so lovely, and the shower was amazing after a day in the sun. The small kitchen had a microwave and induction top, good for quick meals, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend this stay!
