Nei primi anni del Novecento era una sartoria, che pare rifornisse anche la grande attrice teatrale Eleonora Duse. La casa è in posizione strategica, in centro storico ma non distante dalla stazione. È raggiungibile anche in macchina, e a 30 metri ha ampio parcheggio a pagamento. Check-in e check-out flessibili, dipendono dagli ospiti in uscita (check out prima delle 11 per chi esce, check in dalle 13 in poi per chi entra). It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.
