Monthly Rentals in Bon Air

Usually I am a little apprehensive about sharing a space with the owners but my mind changed with this air bnb. Felt private, everything was clean amd very chic. In a secluded peaceful area but still driving distance from Richmond city center. A great place!

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Gorgeously appointed, elegant and homey decor. Full kitchen, great amenities,close to Carytown.

The Nook is a perfect name for this ABNB. Adorable comes to mind. Julia was great with communication! It was a nice “nestling”place. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with tall trees that added to the coziness. The guest suite was comfortable, decorated nicely, very clean, and stocked with what you may need to fix breakfast. Just to be aware of—there is a steep driveway to park on — and a little slate and gravel path to get into the suite. It was not a problem for us but be aware if there is any sort of handicap. I would definitely stay again!
