Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

stayed for a few days post cruise in Paris, great value for the price with easy access to the gare du Drancy station. host is flexible and responsive with any questions or requests.

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Very pleasant stay, nice setting, modern accommodation with everything you need available. Impeccable cleanliness. Terrace and deck chairs were very popular outdoors. Not everything is in full sun, the terrace allows you to have shade. Elodie's little touches delighted us. Very friendly host, who thanks to his responsiveness, allowed us not to leave without a forgotten tablet. The location of the accommodation is perfect, not very far from the train station, which makes it possible to get around very easily without a car. We would come back with our eyes closed if the opportunity arose!

Very warm and spacious places in a private and very quiet area it is a perfect place to rest, you can even have a magnificent view of all Paris! Very responsive host, this is a place I highly recommend, No regrets and no negative points during this stay , I am perfectly satisfied 😊

Loved staying here, very clean. The host was helpful and communicated throughout. The outside was a bit run down and the inside of the block but once we were in the apartment it was lovely smelled fresh and clean. Metro and other means of travel all nearby. Would definitely stay again. And will recommend.

I had a great stay at Yves’s flat in Gonesse. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with everything I needed. Yves was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay with a fantastic host — truly a memorable Stay! Thank you Sonia ♥️

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is pleasant, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located right in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
