Come in, arrive, feel good. The apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a stylish old building is more than central. You can do everything on foot.

The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

On foot you are in 5 minutes on the Rhine, in the pedestrian zone or at the main station. 30m from the house is a bus stop. You're at the UN Campus (United Nation Campus) and World Conference Center for 10 minutes without changing trains. The apartment is very bright, thanks to two large hinged doors that lead to the balcony.

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
