Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Cozy apartment in picturesque Muffendorf

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

Beautiful studio in the Siebengebirge

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

Beautiful, quiet apartment with Mediterranean flair at the edge of downtown. To the center only about 12-15min walk. Possibility to park on the street, right in front of the entrance gate. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Ideas for sights in the Beethoven city and its surroundings can be found quickly on the Internet or the material provided. Ideal for families but also for business people.

Favorite room Self check-in

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.

Quietly located, small garden room with beautiful views of the countryside and separate access. Parking is sufficiently available and well connected to the public transport network. 5 minutes walk to the tram (in 12 minutes to Bonn city center), 5 minutes to the forest and about 15 minutes to the UN campus
