The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Bathroom with 2 large jetties. If you want to go on a longer trip, there is Köpingsvik, Solliden, Slottruinen and much more to explore within cycling distance. There is one more building on the property but no tenant there.

Nice guest house in Påskallavik for rent, which is located 9 km south of Oskarshamn. The guest house is connected to our house. It is within walking distance to the sea and grocery store (Coop). Down by the harbor, there is also a harbor café, with generous opening hours and an inn where food is served. For those of you who are interested in golf, Oskarshamn's attractive golf course with a large newly built restaurant is only 10 minutes from here. Guided kayak tours can be offered for an extra fee.

On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

This cozy apartment, just 50 meters from the beach, is 38 m2 and has five beds. It is fully equipped and of very high standard. The apartment is located in Brf Solhyddan which is one of Öland's oldest and most scenic cottage villages. Solhyddan is a cozy, family-friendly housing association located beautifully located in Köpingsvik directly adjacent to the beach. In the quiet area there are about 90 condominiums and a number of campsites. Nearby are several nice restaurants.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like.
