Mitten im Univiertel liegt das helle freundliche Zimmer hinter einer geräumigen Küche mit großem runden Tisch. Nachts stört kein Geräusch den Schlaf, am Tag ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, abends findet man viele Restaurants und Bars. In nur 5 Min. Entfernung zu Fuß kommt man zur S-Bahn nach Warnemünde. In der Küche findet man Gläser, Besteck, Geschirr und alles zum Kochen. Post und Supermarkt sind nur ca 100 m entfernt. In ca. 200 m Entfernung hat ein Kiosk bis 00:00 Uhr auf.

“Lixiao's accommodation is super clean and very tastefully decorated. Basically you have your own little apartment in the form of a floor in your house. There is a balcony to the east and a roof terrace to the west that can be used and is certainly wonderful when the weather is nice (unfortunately we were a bit unlucky with the weather). The property is located in a new development area between Rostock and Warnemünde, by car you are super fast in both places. We would definitely go back. Many thanks for everything :)”
