Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

B&B de Bovenbouw: Loft in characteristic school

In the school building where we live as a family, we transformed the superstructure into B&B. In the 5 meter high local, we built a loft where there is a double bed and 2 children's rooms. We give sports classes in the gym, feel free to join or go for monkey cages with your children when it rains. Outside they can feed the chickens, pick up eggs, play on the square and directly in front of the school is a playground. At 5 minutes distance, a beach/nature reserve. Good to know: it's without breakfast.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.
