Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Welcome to our large apartment of 140 square meters. Only 10 km from Romme Alpin, and 8.5 km from Borlänge C, the location is perfect! The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and the historic Rommehed. Bed linen, towels, soap & toilet paper included. There is also another apartment in the house with 4 rooms to rent if you are a large group. You can find the ad for it on my profile. Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.
