What a beautiful stay in a perfect location in Mergozzo. The view is absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of room for us. Laura was an excellent host with great communication. Would highly recommend

Sonja hat uns supernett empfangen. Das Haus war genau für unsere Bedürfnisse vorbereitet und obendrein war für uns noch Wasser und eine Flasche kaltgestellt. Da das Wetter kalt und regnerisch war, war es sehr angenehm, dass Sonja bereits die Heizung angestellt hatte. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Mit 3 Bädern waren wir gut versorgt und auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Alles ist da. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu wundervollen Zielen. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant und eine Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe . Zum Einkaufen kann man schnell in den nächsten Ort fahren. Wir 6 Freunde haben uns superwohl gefühlt und empfehlen Sonja und die Villa Cristina auf jeden Fall weiter.

This place was amazing. Very quiet setting and amazing views. A lot to do close by and easy to get around this part of Italy. Ruth was very communicative and responded right away to any questions. I would definetly recommend this place for families. Thank you so much.

Valori‘s home was a perfect weekend getaway for our family (inc. a dog, who loved the fully fenced yard to run around in, and our son, who loved using the garden hose to fill up his super soaker to get us wet):) We spent most of our time on the front porch, which was a great spot to enjoy meals and board games. The place is very peaceful, and the house has a lot of historic charm. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

La struttura è molti grande e perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone come siamo stati noi. Ogni stanza era attrezzata perfettamente, in particolar modo il bagno perché ha il gabinetto e il bidet insieme: uno spettacolo! La vista dalla terrazza è sempre stata bucolica, sia durante il tiepido giorno che nella buia notte. I letti sono inoltre risultati molto comodi e ben attrezzati contro il freddo invernale. L'unica "pecca" è stata la difficoltà con cui il piano inferiore si è riscaldato, ma una cosa di poco conto sommandola all'intera esperienza. Benedetta è stata gentilissima nell'accoglienza e nel darci un paio di consigli su cosa poter fare e sulle piccole attenzioni da avere. Una vera ciliegina sulla torta!

The highlight of this special place is the garden. After a busy day walking and exploring it was a joy to get back there. The view is second to none. We enjoyed every meal on the outside patio overlooking the lake and mountains.

Wir hatten einen Traum-Urlaub, Anika & Leif waren & sind super liebe Menschen, die Kommunikation hat perfekt geklappt und wir wurden sehr herzlich von Leif empfangen und rumgeführt. ☺️ Die Unterkunft an sich, hat den schönsten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann! Sie ist wirklich ein Diamant 💎 Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten vor Ort im Häusschen & sogar Supermärkte oder einen Markt, am Samstag, direkt um die Ecke. Danke für die wundervolle Gastfreundschaft 😌 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🦋

Die Kommunikation mit Alberto war super einfach und schnell! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und habe unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Danke!

The house was beautiful with an incredible view. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for a large group, plenty of options and the beds were comfortable. The host was a great communicator and answered questions quickly. I’d stay here again but next time I would rent a car if staying here. It’s within walking distance to downtown Baveno but only issue is if you want to go anywhere else taxi / Ubers are extremely difficult and expensive to come by.

Close to everything you need but removed enough that you can relax and enjoy postcard views. Lovely home!

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Maison magnifique au calme sur les hauteurs du Lac Majeur. Rénovation exceptionnelle mêlant mise en valeur du patrimoine ancien et standard de confort moderne, la maison est très agréable à vivre, notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. Terrasse avec vue splendide sur le Lac. À proximité de nombreux sites d’intérêt dans une région envoûtante. Communication excellente avec Megan et Tomas.

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso! La struttura è accogliente, ben curata e perfettamente pulita. Fin dal primo momento, ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Raffaella

Soggiornato per il ponte del 1 maggio con amici, in totale 9 persone. Location situata in un posto molto tranquillo circondato dal verde vicino alla partenza dei traghetti a Stresa (a circa 15 min. di macchina). Casa perfetta dotata di tutti i confort e molto di più. Pulizia impeccabile, camere spaziose, cucina con tutto l'occorrente per far colazione, pranzo o per poter passare una cena tra amici sentendosi a casa in un salone molto spazioso. Ampio garage per parcheggiare 2 vetture. Ampio dehors esterno con piscina. Ristorante-pizzeria a 5 min a piedi dall'abitazione. Nel caso da ritornarci sicuramente. Vivamente consigliato. Grazie.

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, der perfekt eingezäunte Garten, war ein Traum mit Kindern und Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar

Beautiful villa with a spectacular view over Lake Maggiore! Perfect for a group of 15-17 people. 15min drive from Intra, 20min from Verbania and 40min drive from Stresa. The free parking nearby worked perfectly for our 3 rental cars. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, we highly recommend this villa and we will visit it again!

..non è un caso se questa location merita il massimo sotto ogni punto di vista..!!..davvero una bellissima villa storica..dove soggiornare in assoluta tranquillità..coccolati da Simion in ovni dettaglio..!!..ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo..vicinissima ai laghi..è davvero il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per una splendida vacanza..BRAVIII..!!! Thank you for renting us the perfect getaway Palmito Villa. The views are stunning, the terraces, the pool, the spacious garage and all the facilities are great! Peaceful but great location near everything- for example boat trips to the islands, restaurants and groceries.
