There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

Ligger på 650-700 meters høyde over havet. Perfekt for de som er mange og de få. Wifi, Hjemmekinoanlegg og høytalere, TV med PS4, TV Linær, TV, Smart, barneleker/spill kan benyttes. Nature is always close — indoors, where it feels warm and calm, or outside in the open air. Evenings often end by the fireplace or in the outdoor hot tub beneath the stars. Each season brings its own rhythm — active days or quiet time, just as you like. A feeling of home — for you and your four-legged friend.

Bortelid stor, nyere hytte

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

Hytte på Brokke/Setesdal t.l. 8 pers. Hund ok.

Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.

The cottage is about 125 sqm and has good standards. 3 bedrooms with family bunks and single beds. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Living room with TV. Large living-kitchen area with wood-burning stove and panoramic view to Brokke Alpine Centre. Sacred patio with bench, table and fireplace. Towels and bed linen must be brought and it is expected that the cabin will be left tidy and cleaned. Key box code is available prior to arrival.
