Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The terrace is very spacious, with an area of 37 square meters, of which over 20 square meters are protected by a canopy with a glass window. Very panoramic, with sea view towards Capo Caccia. Guests say the property is more beautiful than it appears in the photos.
