It's centrally located, conveniently close to bars, restaurants, shops, pretty riverside walks and Bosa Marina with its award-winning beach. The apartment is finished to a high standard, featuring a captivating arched ceiling in the period style. It has a modern ensuite bathroom, a cute kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the cobbled high street.

La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Malaspina House

DomuMalaspina is located in the historic center of Bosa, called Sa Costa, at the foot of the Malaspina castle The property includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double with a private bathroom, and a double, dining area and kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, oven and coffee machine, two bathrooms, one on the first floor including a washing machine, and the other on the ground floor dug entirely into the rock, enriched with a Cerasarda plating, entirely Made in Sardinia!

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

"This hideaway" is a 450-year-old home, great to getaway or as a creative retreat. A traditional house, 2 m wide at its narrowest + 12 m tall in total (over 4 levels). Built into the mountain, with a small roof terrace with views to the sea and hills, out over our colourful village. Re-designed & restored by us, to utilise the space of its narrow design. It is light-filled throughout the year, in a friendly sea & river-side traditional village.

LENTISCO è l’appartamento più piccolo di questa suggestiva Villa in stile mediterraneo, edificata sulla scogliera in prossimità della spiaggia di Turas. E’ una dimora incantevole con vista sul mare e la costa di Bosa Marina. E’ caratterizzata da una camera da letto, un salone con ampio angolo cottura con tutti gli accessori, un bagno con ampia doccia, wc e bidet. Si accede dal parcheggio per raggiungere un suggestivo balcone panoramico.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
