Nuovo appartamento con ampie vetrate sul giardino privato con vista sulle colline in direzione di Capo Caccia. Zona living con angolo cottura e vetrate scorrevoli sul giardino, area esterna con pergola. Camera matrimoniale con bagno, arredi di design con qualche tocco di mobilio ed artigianato sardo. Doccia esterna incastonata nella pietra. La residenza è immersa nel verde a soli 4 chilometri dal centro cittadino, vicino ai principali servizi e alle spiagge, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !
