"Little house," because everything looks small... the small windows, the bread oven, the yard. Bosa, one of the autentic medieval borgo in Sardegna, was home to a tannery industry in the 19th century. This building had been converted to a home after the business it housed closed, the last tannery in the area. It is now an excellent home base from which to explore on foot the many historic sites, museums, festivals, cuisine and gems Bosa has to offer. Supermarket is a block away. Restaurants and tannery Museum across the street. Parking is in front the of house.

The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.
