Zona living con angolo cottura e vetrate scorrevoli sul giardino, area esterna con pergola. Camera matrimoniale con bagno, arredi di design con qualche tocco di mobilio ed artigianato sardo. Doccia esterna incastonata nella pietra. La residenza è immersa nel verde a soli 4 chilometri dal centro cittadino, vicino ai principali servizi e alle spiagge, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori.

Soggiorna in un’affascinante casa in pietra nel cuore di Scano di Montiferro, vicina al mare, a siti naturali e archeologici e a Bosa e Oristano. La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

The Sardinian house in the valley

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. The property features a private garden with a swimming pool and an enchanting courtyard with an outdoor dining table

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The small house of Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house," because everything looks small... the small windows, the bread oven, the yard. A comfortable and welcoming love nest, suitable for those who want to experience sensory (especially gastronomic!) experiences in this less known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plain, hill and mountain and a living, authentic tradition

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

Instead, you will be at the beautiful Poglina beach, or in the Alghero nightlife, in a 5-minute drive!
