It's centrally located, conveniently close to bars, restaurants, shops, pretty riverside walks and Bosa Marina with its award-winning beach. The apartment is finished to a high standard, featuring a captivating arched ceiling in the period style. It has a modern ensuite bathroom, a cute kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the cobbled high street.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Piccolo appartamento situato sopra un’antica fonte d’acqua al centro di Bosa. Questo dispone di un terrazzo privato, una zona cucina con zona pranzo, una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno privato. La tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal comune di Bosa verrà richiesta al check-in. È di 1€ (per persona e per notte) nel periodo dal 1° ottobre al 31 maggio. Mentre dal 1° giugno al 30 settembre è di 1,50€ (per persona e per notte). La tassa va pagata solo per un massimo di 7 notti.

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
