In the countryside but within walking distance of the shops of Saint Ouen du Tilleul. 5 min drive to Elbeuf center and 20 min to the heart of Rouen. Guests can enjoy the 4 hectares of the property to relax, rest, picnic. Possibility to visit the educational farm, to rent a pony in hand for a discovery or to book horseback riding lessons and guided hikes in the forest.

25 m2 studio on the ground floor, 10 min walk to the city center and 3 min to the banks of the Seine. It will seduce you with its mezzanine. It is located 17 minutes from Rouen Exhibition Centre, 25 minutes from Kindarena, 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire).

"La Bohème" Bungalow

the "la Bohème" bungalow has a capacity of 4 people, it has two bedrooms, which consists of a double bed, and a 90 cm bed. House linen is provided, a bed and a high chair for baby. In the living room there is a Scandinavian sofa bed for 2 people, a TV (Wi-Fi) table, chairs, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, induction hob, vintage refrigerator, a Senseo coffee machine (with pods), a kettle. The bathroom is quite spacious

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)
