The house is within the Carioca village, a very nice and quiet village especially for families. It is located not far from Botricello where there are supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and thanks to its location you can reach places such as Le Castella and Isola di Capo Rizzuto by car. If you want to drive more than an hour and fifty by car, you can also reach Tropea. The sea here is beautiful, the beach is very well maintained with great possibility of spending serene and relaxing days. We were happy to stay with Antonello, helpful and kind.

Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Neat 2 bedroom house, close to the beach, very functional and with climatisation. Outdoor showers and rinse sink are very convenient, and mosquito nets installed everywhere.
