Modern and stylish private home w/ secure South facing garden & patios...Easy to find, immediately off the main A38 however fabulously quiet as set back in this sleepy, favourable rural village. It is 2 mins level walk to the friendly shop & pub. Parking directly infront of the house or garage. It's only 3 miles from the nearest town Saltash which has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, fast food & a 60 Hectare dog walking nature reserve. Also approx 8 mile to the nearest beach. Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
