Un petit paradis pour des vacances au plus près de la nature, pour les amoureux des chevaux... Le lieu idéal pour arrêter le temps, pour déconnecter, contempler, mais aussi le lieu idéal pour partir à la découverte des joyaux du Périgord...

NOUVEAU : Piscine 5x3,50x1,30m Le Laurier est situé en sud Charente, c'est une maison en pierre, entièrement rénovée et confortable disposant d'un jardin clôturé, arborée au milieu des prés, des bois et des champs! Parfait pour se ressourcer, entre calme, verdure et biodiversité. Départ de randonnées. Une route secondaire du chemin de Compostelle passe devant la maison Sur mon profil un Guide (lieux emblématiques, loisirs, gastronomie, événements...) pas mal d'idées pour découvrir la région !

Independent studio

Petit studio tout équipé sur terrain des propriétaires dans un joli petit village médiéval avec un magnifique château. Notre maison est juste à côté mais nous sommes assez discrets et nous respectons la tranquillité de nos voyageurs. Village et petits commerces de bourg accessibles à pieds . Parking pour garer votre véhicule. Nous avons un cimetière en guise de voisinage ( l'avantage c'est le calme ) 😊 N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour tous renseignements. Bonne journée.

The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
