You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
