Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms: • One master bedroom for 2 people • One child’s room with a single bed + an extra mattress on the floor In the living room, there’s a sofa bed with a real mattress (separated from living area) This is my main residence, so some personal belongings are on site — please treat them with care and try not to move things around too much

Ideally located close to the beautiful sites of the region, the gorges of the Ardèche, the Chauvet cave, the Crocodile Farm. On the other side of the Rhône, the Drôme Provençale awaits you (Château de Grignan, Vaison la Romaine) Access to the highway is 20 minutes away. A landscaped body of water or the nearby banks of the Ardèche are appreciable.
