The house is located in an closed lot with automated gate, private and heated pool. The house is located among the pines, it is totally independent and reserved for our guests as well as the small garden and parking. It is 2 km from the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche, land of art and history: Medieval villages, crocodile farm, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Caverne du Pont d'Arc or Chauvet Cave or Viarhôna. Not far from Orange, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Pont du Gard or Nîmes. We are very close to many festivals.
