Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Very nice apartment in a rustic Savoyard chalet, Alain and Sandra welcomed me very well, quiet and close to a lot of activities, I highly recommend it.

The apartment was very nice, the sleeping areas were very comfortable. The location was good, very close to both the downtown as well as hiking trails. Pierre was very quick to respond and friendly, and even gave good recommendations for the area. It did get quite hot in the area and the apartment got very muggy on a few nights, and I would have gladly paid more for some kind of AC. However, no air conditioning is typical for the area so it is not a knock against the apartment. On the nights where it cooled down and the windows were open the apartment was very comfortable and gave a beautiful view of the mountains. If I were to ever go back to Chamonix I would consider staying here again.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Beautiful apartment with fantastic views! The apartment is furnished in a cozy alpine style with lots of wood – super charming and inviting. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landlady was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Thanks to Marc for his hospitality and his lovely accommodation. We really enjoyed the calm of the place after our walks. The cottage is very cozy and functional. The small pool and terrace is an asset. We recommend the location if you are looking for a little quiet outside Annecy.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

Very beautiful cottage, spacious and well-equipped. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool allows you to cool off, the outdoor area on the upper terrace is secure, all suitable for small children. The instructions given regarding the operation of all equipment are optimal. Everyone was happy!
