Chalet holiday rentals in Bovisand

Our first time using Airbnb and Maggie made it very easy. Lovely little chalet with beautiful views. Maggie was responsive to messages and all her instructions were very clear. We had a great week and my young children loved it. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Chalet is clean, welcoming and in a great place with wonderful views. Chalet is well equipped for catering and comfortable for relaxing. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Nick’s chalet and we look forward to visiting again next year

location to die for. right on the beach, stunning views and a really unique stay. everything you need is provided, place is really clean and sitting out on the terrace with a glass or two of wine watching the boats go by and the tide come in is truly wonderful.

The view was fantastic, and the garden was sheltered; you could sit in the sun. The coastal path runs just behind it, so you can walk, but the plants hardly let you know when people are coming. The pub within walking distance had great food, so if you don't want to go out for a day there are great options nearby. All in all, definitely worth repeating!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and spacious. Alison responded to messages within minutes. She was extremely flexible with arrival times and made sure everything was to our expectations. The location was perfect with my son working at the Orangery and being close to the ferry to Plymouth. Close proximity to the beach, great walks with our dogs. Thank you Alison xx

Nice chalet for a few days

The chalet is placed in the middle of a holiday village, directly next to the tennis/volleyball net and the swings. Our children enjoyed the spot because there were always plenty of other children around, playing until 10 pm. The chalet itself is cosy, with a bit of a vintage touch and the atmosphere of many happy family holidays, well equipped with games and sports equipment for outdoors. The kitchen and furniture is a little old-fashioned as well, so it make take some time until pans and pots are heated on the old electric cooking oven, but when you are not in a rush, that will do. The beds (also the kids’!) were extraordinary comfortable. So we enjoyed our stay very much. Laura, our host gave us many useful hints for beaches and places to go. Camelford is a good home base for some main site in Cornwall and wherever you go you can enjoy the coastal scenery. We really appreciated our stay.

It was so lovely to arrive ,open the door and be wowed by the place , it was comfortable and clean and Susanne had left some nice treatsfor us .she was available to contact for any questions and very friendly ,i would definately recomend her

A wonderful place to stay over Christmas as we visited family - stunning location and full of thoughtful touches that made for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Cilla was so kind and helpful with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This was our first trip as a family of three and Eszter’s place was just what we were looking for! It had everything we needed, with a beautiful view and wonderful walks. Highly recommend it!

Thé area is stunning. Very peaceful, with the sea so near, three minutes walk. Beautiful view of the sea and surroundings. The way down to the centre is so wonderful. You might see seals on the way. Brixham is a gem and this place is a gem. Normally with Air B&B we have linen and towels. We did not have towels, which was disappointing. You have to pay to get them. Also, it would be nice to have some soap for bathroom and for the kitchen for washing up( even if it is not much just to start with). It was great to have tea, milk and sugar at our arrival. We had an issue with the sofa bed which we reported and straight away, it was asked to look into. They did try to solve the problem but the bed was still not that comfortable. This did not spoil our holiday. We had a fantastic time at this park and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Linda, Warren and Christina were very helpful. Thank you. The food was excellent at their cafe/restaurant. No win at bingo this time, there is hope.

Firstly, we would like to thank Ben and his wonderful family for hosting us, they are fantastic hosts, very friendly and flexible. I organised to take my husband to this beautiful space as a belated birthday present. The accommodation and environment exceeded our expectations, it's stunning! If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful environment with amazing views by the sea, I would definitely recommend staying in this place ! Thank you! Sam & Ben 🙏🌳🌈 x

We had everything we needed here and really enjoyed our stay. Not only a sea view, but we could even hear the sea. A perfect stopover for coastpath walkers. We enjoyed meeting Rob and Karen. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The best location we have ever stayed in!! It’s not for the faint of heart to get there as it’s a fairly steep climb down the cliff but once there it’s breathtaking. Beach chalet was perfect with everything we needed. Listening to the sea from your bedroom was very therapeutic. I would definitely recommend, just make sure you are fit and mobile.
