In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and the outlet center, and it is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub, and marina are all located within a 100-meter radius.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and contains a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furniture is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal neighborhood with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

A cozy cycling weekend with an excursion to the neighboring country or a vacation with the whole family. Barbecuing in the orchard. Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory! The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
