Beach house holiday rentals in Bradenton Beach

Ivanna’s place was the perfect location for our family! Close to Siesta Key, yet in a private, quiet neighborhood. We loved the lush landscaping, and how well laid out the interior was. It was spotless! Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch and pool in the backyard in addition to that incredible cappuccino machine. I slept so well! Will definitely be staying again!

5 Star for sure, hands down, book this house! Things to note: 1. The house is only a few feet away from the main road and on busy weekends there is a huge line of cars from sunset to about 11pm. Some cars are louder than others. Midweek is much better with less cars. The positive: ultra convenient access to the beach. It’s unmatched. 2. One toilet - the house sleeps 7, we had 6. It can get a little dicey at times but ultimately no problem- bonus is the downstairs shower. Really cool. 3. The loft is really cool but the ladder is steep. We had three older boys and they did just fine. Overall - book this house. You can’t get better access to the beach and you’re right up the road from Bridge St. The house had toys, umbrella and chairs… plus a down stairs fridge as well. The house has cool history and the host is exceptional. Check-in and check-out was the easiest of any rental ever. Not kidding…

My family had a wonderful vacation at Danielle 's house. It was everything and more than we expected. The house is beautifuly appointed with all you would need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could ever want to cook any meal. It is spacious & inviting for the family to gather together while we cooked. The house itself is majestic. The great room when you 1st walk in is so incredible. The house is inviting and makes you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms are big & roomy and the showers... oh my, full body shower heads make taking a shower a luxury. The lenai with the pool and hot tub is the perfect gathering place and oh so nice to take a swim after a long day at the beach. The dock out back is perfect for a morning coffee or evening beverage. We rented a kayak for the week & had a blast paddling out to the sound. The beach is private & so nice to enjoy the day at. Thank you Danielle for our great memories.

Wonderful home in Anna Maria! Very close to the beach, pool was a nice break from the sun and many beach and pool supplies! Mark was gracious and allowed us to check in earlier as well- this was a life saver with the kids and heat! Would stay again!

We have stayed at Lisa’s place twice. It is our home away from home in Florida. The house is perfect for a family stay. The beach access and walkable restaurants are so nice. When someone says “are we booking THE house?” They mean this one. 10/10.

We are a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! The place was amazing and perfect for our extended family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone!

There were beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys. Also plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Our grandkids enjoyed the downstairs game room

The house was walking distance to the beach, which was very nice. Rasa was very responsive.

We loved our stay at this villa in the Polynesian Gardens! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children 4 & 7.yo). The location was very nice; quiet community close to Siesta Key beach and Crescent beach. The villa itself was accommodating in space, we didn't need a lot since we mostly spent time outside. But it wasn't too cramped either and had many nice amenities. Very nicely decorated and felt at home! Only thing is that the glass tables weren't great for young children- I was worried they'd get broken! The community pool was very nice as well as the pier. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio behind the villa for eating dinner/lunch out there a few times. It would have been nice to know that there were some beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available to use. Will definitely consider this location again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Polynesian Gardens neighborhood. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean, and well supplied making our ten night stay enjoyable and relaxing. Communication with our host was easy and efficient. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! The place was very clean and beautiful.?The pool was beautiful and you felt like you were in your own private retreat. The pool was great because we had 2 children under 2 who really enjoyed it. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad from the house and they had a cart you could use to carry all your stuff to the beach. I would highly recommend this house. It’s so luscious and green and very clean. Thank you!!

This private amazing retreat was perfect for our family vacation. It felt so warm and cozy the minute we arrived. June and Bob were thoughtful and gracious hosts and their lovely beach home was complete with anything and everything you could imagine needing. They reached out soon after our arrival to be sure everything was as we expected., offering their assistance in any way needed. The welcome gifts, fresh cinnamon rolls, wine and travel mugs were so appreciated! The new kitchen and comfy beds were so nice. Our family enjoyed walks to the beach, local restaurants and shops, wonderful people and of course the lazy river pool! The kids found so many fun pool toys and loved taking the bikes for rides on the island. The pool was so warm and we loved the light show in the evening hours. We sat at the table poolside and played games, enjoyed snacks and grilled . It was sad to leave this little piece of heaven. Making memories is a precious thing, they are already asking to return.

The house was very nice and clean. The beach was very close and the space made it very comfortable for 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). LOTS of towels (both beach and bath) which is great because lack of towels is something that has frustrated me in other AirB&Bs. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this home. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach with great restaurants surrounding the area. The house was large and private with a great outdoor space.

This place is perfect for young children - very safe and clean. Bunk bed room is perfect for multiple kids. The location cannot be beat - restaurants and beach within 2 blocks. As a mom of two kids under 4, I appreciated the attention to kitchen detail, there was even a crock pot! I got to do yoga on the canal dock and listen to fish jump while my kids played in the heated pool. It was chilly (50-60 degrees most of the time in January when we were there and the pool and hot tub remained warm enough to enjoy. Also, you can’t beat the walk in closet in the master bathroom. Highly recommend!

We were very happy to be one more time in one of the AMI Locals properties, they are very professionals and helpful before and during the rented period. We strongly recommend to use any of their properties to stay in Ana Maria Island.

We had a great time, the house was cozy, clean and comfortable. We had enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Location was fantastic close to the beach and town. We loved the pool, was warm and fun for our family. We liked the bbq and back area was great for eating and relaxing.

Great spot in that you quite literally walk across the street to nearly your own private beach. It's on a quiet street and one of the cleanest places I've been and the pool was well maintained. Easy to get ahold of them if you needed anything - but all in all easy, peasy and place was much bigger than pics show. Cons would be - like other reviews say the louver doors throughout the house give no privacy. No big deal b/c it was just my husband and I but that also gave no sound dampening. I get up early to make coffee and he can hear it all. Even the bathrooms had doors like that and no blinds on front doors. Our vehicle blocked the view but still you're on display if you want to walk from the bathroom to the bedroom. Minor things like no oven mitt or extra like foil to wrap food up. Two dish tabs and two laundry tabs. No salt or anything so pack up well! But all in all great spot!

This home is spectacular! Everything was new and modern. Located across the street from the beach and a trolley stop; easy walk to Bridge St. for shops and restaurants. There were 6 of us staying here for a girl's trip - 5 of the rooms have their own bathrooms (and did not run out of hot water when we got ready at the same time!). We didn't use the bunk-bed room, but honestly even that room was nice (and the bunks looks spacious). The balconies and roof deck were lovely. We're plotting a way to come back next year! Some of us actually might return with our families - it really is a perfect space for large groups.
