Holiday rentals with a kayak in Bradenton Beach

Excellent location! Less than 10 minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Pool was a huge bonus as all of my kids spent a lot of time in it when we weren't on the beach. Host had a good amount of staples and snacks on hand, which was a nice bonus.

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

What a Gorgeous and unique Airbnb. I loved the history behind the house and its tie to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It truly felt like a little piece of history. The view out the kitchen window alone was worth the stay. Most peaceful cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfy, the decor was modern yet meaningful. We partook in the kids game selection. We truly enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next visit. We even meet and chatted with Wylan on the day of our departure and honestly couldn’t have been a nicer more welcoming host. A big thank you again for opening your home to us!

Loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to the beach. Dinner was delivered our first night which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient after traveling all day! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend

Stayed for Mother’s Day weekend and found the house as described. Lots of amenities, the bathrooms are huge, and so is the pool. Also, Tanner allowed us a later check out time, which was lovely, and was very helpful!

First time to AMI and it did not disappoint! The island is so cute, the beaches/water are amazing, and this house was the icing on the cake!!! JUST WOW! This house is just GORGEOUS! It’s so private, the landscaping is so beautiful you feel like you’re in the jungle. Very spacious, beautiful layout, the decor is so cute in every space. Such an awesome kitchen, balconies are so nice! Great game room, we played pool every night. The rooftop is SO COOL, the 360 degree view of the island is unreal. Watched both the sunrise and sunset, highly recommend! Pool and hot tub were so nice with plenty of shade. Loved all the spaces to sit on the pool deck and the dock/being on the canal was so nice. We saw so many birds including a wild turkey and even had daily visits from a raccoon who came to drink from the pool! We took advantage of the kayaks and paddled the inlets and even saw manatee. Honestly this place is so magical we had the best stay and we didn’t want to leave. Hope to return again!

Our stay at Trysten’s place was great. We had a couple hiccups with the pool but he was very responsive and quick to get them taken care of and never inconvenienced us or the use of the pool. Our 5 year old could stay in the pool all day!! Ample beach toys and beach towels which was fantastic for our beach days, (could use a better beach umbrella but we made it work) and several beach chairs. The home was well Stocked with everything you would need at home. The kitchen was stocked if you like to cook while on vacation. Easy check in and out. Great stay and a great host!!

Great old school beach cottage. Perfect for my Son and me. The Capt. and especially the First mate made it 5 stars!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Everything was clean and well-decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having the golf cart to run around in! The host also provided beach chairs and a kayak to use, which was very handy. The area is pleasant, situated in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis and basketball courts across the street. Anna Maria is a happy little island, with a lot of good food and entertainment, and a number of beach areas to choose from. Lynda was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided a lot of easy -to-follow instructions for the house, as well as lots of helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back!

Lisa was a great host, and paradise by the beach is an awesome place to stay. My family of 4 (2 adults and our older teens) just loved being able to have a lot of space (compared to the hotel rooms on st Pete beach) and a full kitchen and a close walk to the beach. The kids loved riding the bikes to get an ice cream at night, and it was so easy and convenient to pack up the chairs and umbrella and walk over to the beach. The walk is actually shorter than the resorts we have stayed at on spb. It was kind of like settling into our home by the beach—very comfy and convenient with everything we needed. Lots of tvs, lots of space, easy to get around. I also liked having a fully equipped kitchen—only made dinner one night, but everything we needed was there! We’d definitely again and prefer it to the other resorts we have stayed at. It’s less expensive, more convenient, and a lot more space. Thank you so much, Lisa! Cozy, comfortable, yet two stories with plenty space to stretch out, scenic view with a hot tub, nice balcony view for coffee in the morning. Can’t go wrong.

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

Great gathering place for an extended family to get together. Very short walk to a stunning beach Great for kids. Perfectly located next to a park as well which was great.

This place was wonderful ! Martha was great and very responsive anytime ! Quiet and peaceful and very charming cottage ! Will definitely be returning
