The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. You wake up in the morning and drink a coffee by the mill stream or on cool days in front of the blazing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. It's hardly possible to be in the countryside any faster!
