Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the Co cottage / Relaxation area

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Votre tranquillité est notre priorité absolue Jacuzzi toute l année( faire la demande 48h avant) . Draps des lits fournis, serviettes intérieur et extérieur fournis. Cheminée, barbecue Bois fournis libre service. Pas de restauration possible. Les fêtes et la location des extérieurs ne sont pas acceptés.

If you love old stones, this place is for you. In a 19th century house with its charm and flaws, you will enjoy the lower part of a fully independent 50 m² area (kitchenette, two bedrooms, shower room, living room). A stone staircase leads you to the pool and garden. Your rental is located 2 minutes from the Canal du Midi and a lake with tree-lined walks. In the village you will find all the shops, arts and cultures spaces, archaeological museum.

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No. 1 is a large, detached, single-storey gite with a spacious bedroom andliving room, private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ. Accommodates 2 people in 1 super king bed.

In our large property we offer an apartment to meet as a couple, family, friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, an equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.
