Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. A short walk from Soltorget and just over 100 meters from ski slopes that take you down to the Gondola or brand new six chairlift Top Express. The cottage is also located in direct vicinity to Branäs cross country ski tracks. 5 bedrooms, 14 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna, charging box for electric car. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Open floor plan for kitchen and living areas with fireplace. Four bedrooms of which double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and double bed on the upper floor loft. The house overlooks the lake upper brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It's a year-round cabin with heating cables on every floor. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room is high ceilings with kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes all around the house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent canoe, swimming,fishing or biking. In the autumn, mushrooms and berries can be picked. In winter there is ice fishing, snow scooter leads and skiing.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.

Restaurang o affär är öppen under högsäsong. Vinter: Ha tillgång till hela skidsystemet o allt vad de innebär. Ski in/out vld snö (annars 150 m till systemet) Den ligger i vacker miljö med utsikt över Branäsbergets västsida. Kund städar själv. Sängkläder kan hyras för 200 kr/p om man bokar i god tid innan.
