Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

Fish the near by Pere Marquette River and hunt whitetail deer in season. Relax by the flowing pond and fire pit while grilling out. Great place for outdoor enthusiast, snowmobilers, and ATV riding, with an abundance of well marked trails. Ample covered parking for all of your toys. Bring your pet for a small fee.

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

Come explore the area and getaway. Enjoy coffee with the sunrise over the lake or go explore any of the other lakes and rivers within a few miles. Go kayaking, fishing, boating, tubing, skiing or read your favorite book. Bring your off road vehicles, kayaks or boat-enjoy many state trails at your door and loon lake.
